Where can I view my sales from?
What are your commission rates?
On the Blu-ray, DVD, CD, USB and Merchandise products we are charging 20% from your profit margin.
On the streaming rentals and download we are charging 10% commissions per stream rental price or download price.
Can I sell Disc and merchandise products, without rental option?
Yes, absolutely. The system is fully configurable and you can switch the sale formats to be available at any time through the easy to use setup configuration with a single click.Â
How and when will I receive my sales profits?
Please generate your PDF sales statement on My Orders page for the full calendar month and please send us an invoice for the NET profits shown on the statement and we will pay out within 30 days of receiving the invoice. Please note that we will pay out the full month cycle basis only!Â
We are using the following payment methods:Â
Bank Transfer (BACS) - UK only, Wise (International EU or USD payments), Paypal (subject to Paypal fees).
Can I restrict the sales in certain regions or countries?
Yes, we have built in geographical sales restrictions, which you can configure on every single product individually under your film setup.
What are the additional costs for creating the masters or renting the landing page?
All the additional options like disc masters and the landing page, can be ordered once the plan is active through the setup under the My Films section in the User Menu.
The costings are as follows:

- Blu-ray master (an autoplay disc, with no menus in ISO disc image format) - £108 incl.VAT
- DVD master (an autoplay disc, with no menus in ISO disc image format) - £66 incl.VAT
- Soundtrack (DDP master for Audio CDs) - £30 incl.VAT
- Landing page rental (duration of the active PLAN) - £30 incl.VAT
Please note that any of those master are required to sell in the any of the specific format, so you either have your own ready made master and can upload it through the setup, or you can order it from us as above.
What are the postage costs for the On-Demand deliveries?
Current postage costs are as follows and will be adjusted when there are any changes by the delivery service provider.
